Ajualabs provides AI-powered software tools designed to support field operations and operational decision processes.

The Services are provided on a B2B basis only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. No Professional Advice

The Services provide automated outputs, predictions, and recommendations generated by AI systems.

These outputs:

  • Are probabilistic

  • May contain inaccuracies

  • Are not professional, financial, or legal advice

Customers remain solely responsible for operational decisions made using the Services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Use the Services lawfully

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Ensure lawful collection and transmission of all third-party data

  • Not reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, models, algorithms, and improvements, remain the exclusive property of AJUALABS INC.

Customers retain ownership of their input data.

Ajualabs retains ownership of:

  • Trained AI models

  • Aggregated or anonymized data

  • Improvements derived from use of the Services

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed in connection with the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

  • AJUALABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

AJUALABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

  • LOSS OF PROFITS

  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

  • LOSS OF DATA

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $1,000.

8. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AJUALABS INC. from any claims arising from:

  • Customer misuse of the Services

  • Unlawful data transmission

  • Regulatory violations by Customer

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

  • For breach of these Terms

  • For unlawful activity

  • For security concerns

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts within the United States.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties unless superseded by a signed commercial agreement.
